The penthouse NOVOMAR is situated at only 50 meters from the beach, along the westside of Torre del Mar and has breathtaking sea and mountain views, over the bay of Torre del Mar.

With the 3 terraces, you are always protected against the wind or the sun during the whole day. It has a communal swimming pool with larg terraces all around. It is situated on the top floor of the building (roof terraces) and has a nice living room, a double sleeping room with en-suite bathroom, a second sleeping room and a second bathroom. The beds are made up on arrival and towels are also foreseen in the rental price. The modern kitchen is completely equipped with magnetron, dishwasher, mixer, coffeemachine, ketle, toaster, fridge with congelator, wasmachine and all utensils . Airconditioning is present in the whole apartment (warm/cold). WIFI is there without extra cost. De digital TV is equipped with all international channels and you dispose of a CD-DVD-player.
